Questions

Before you decide

What kind of NFC tags do I need?

Any chip that can hold a URL — NTAG213 and above are the common ones. You write the encode URL onto it once with a phone, and the chip is never touched again.

Do visitors need an app?

No. Tapping an NFC tag opens the URL in the phone's own browser. Every phone that can tap can already do this, and there is nothing to install on either side.

What happens to my tags if I move back to Free?

Existing tags keep resolving — nothing is deleted and no chip needs rewriting. You simply cannot create new tags past the free limit, and the Pro-only rule types stop being applied.

How do I cancel?

From the billing page in your dashboard, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Pro capabilities remain available for as long as the subscription is active or trialing.

Is this a finished product?

It is a proof of concept, and it runs on synthetic data. Treat the plan boundaries as real and the deployment as pre-production.

Ten tags, no card, and the same routing engine Pro runs on.
